Yesterday I attended the Hot Rod Reunion at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Seeing and hearing front engine dragsters, altereds and gassers is too cool. The place was packed with fans even though the temperature was in the 90s and the humidity was at the max.
The Amsoil/StreetRodder Tour was there with their 52 Chevy. This car is super nice and was on it's way up to Superior this week to visit Amsoil's home base. I shot a couple of picture of the car which I'll post with this posting.
Even the rat rods are starting to be more refined. Take a look at the little pickup "Crap Shoot" it has the Rat feel but with more thought put into the fit and finish.
